I highly suggest doing this. Add variables into the config file setting the table names. This way people don't have to have the w3t_**** whatever table names and can continue to follow their table name scheme. Such as I have 2 domains and 1 Database so 1 domain uses the table names of RZ_**** and the other uses AR_**** just a suggestion...
