I'd like to be able to sort catregories without the sorting affecting the actual category numbers used in the URLs. Each time the categories are resorted, this forces any links to boards within those categories to be updated as well when the ?Cat=## portion of the URL is used.
I thought that maybe this was fixed and so I ran a test, sure enough, when the category was changed, the category reference ## changed to match the new order numbers.
It may not seem like a big deal and with all things considered it's not really. But it's just one of things that should be addressed. It's a minor irritant, but one none the less.
