add some mood Icon ( gif/jpg formats ) on the title of the posted message
and allow "registered" user choice one when her/his post message
and allow the "registered" user can upload/use her/his own graphic
icon(64x64 or 32x32) "enable/disble by the admin"
limited the file size...in 1-2k
can be add/remove any icon by the Admin
any user group may choice the diff. icon or diff. symbol
ofcoz the Admin have a special one : )
