Please allow to disable the database commands, plus the setup file editing for all, or for all but the main admin. These commands are too dangerous!!!!
also, it is very nice to change user titles. But please make an option so that only the prefab titles get changed, but special user titles get not changed. For starters, allow to set an array in w3tvars.pm with all non-custom titles, only those get changed. This is so easy to implement
change tilte unless (( @list_of_titles_to_change is not zero) and($title is not in @list_of_titles_to_change)
@list_of_titles_to_change could be preset to the list of titles you use as default
