hey im currently runnin ubb6.04b and i need help, i got it to run, chmodded the files, etc

but i cant send a private message it tells me

Software error:
open | -t -oi: No such file or directory
at /www/cimmerian/cgi-bin/ld/ubb_lib_mail.cgi line 39

For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@cimmerian.org), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.

Go into your control panel and check the email options to be sure they are complete. Down at the bottom, be especially sure you checked either text or html for email type. If both radio buttons are open, you can get that error.
