UBB.threads PHP Forum Software Community Forums UBB.classic UBB.classic 6 Support Moving UBB6 - threads, templates & other files

I have installed UBB on the new server, and now I wonder... Can I just move all the files from the forums, members and templates to the new server, chmod them, and that's all? Eventually rebuild the indexes and so on? What is the most simple way to go?
