the demo is up and running
i found the problem in the cp.cgi and ultimatebb.cgi the path to perl was wrong i had take #! out from it (oops)
but it all works now.

great board by the way too bad it cost like 250 bucks to buy it for personal use wich i do find kinda rideculous for a linux server (thought most of Unix was open source>?? )
