Saturday night, I decided to upgrade my main board from 6.5.0 to 6.7.1

I decided to do it tonight because I figured most of my members would be spending Easter Sunday with their loved ones, and I wouldn't be inconveniencing them much.

BIG MISTAKE on my part.

I've never had problems with an upgrade before, but I sure am now.

The problem occurs when the upgrade process attempts to Rebuild Member Metadata.

The first white page occurs just after this update:

I refresh the page, and it goes through to starting 4600 ... and then it dies ... it is stuck in white page purgatory. <img src="https://www.ubbcentral.com/boards/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />

If there are any night owls out there who have any idea why this is happening and how it can be fixed, I'd really appreciate a response.

I upgraded my test board this morning--experienced zero problems.

I've upgraded the main board before; haven't ever faced this.

My board is a highly active community; I really don't want to have to keep it down any longer than necessary.

Sue, I believe a support ticket for UBB.Classic/Install problems would get a better response...

Gizzy, I did put in a request for a support ticket. I was just hoping that someone could help me sooner since I highly doubt that Charles will be working on Easter day ... and I didn't want my board to be down any longer that possible.

Sadly, I woudln't be suprised if charles was in lol... He's at UBBDev but not too active...
