I am trying out the demo version. On part 4 of the test, my absolute paths are not mapped correctly. Running pathto.asp gives me my path as C:inetpubwwwroot. Following the help suggestion on this site (
http://www.ultimatebb.com/ubbhelp/ubb6help/winpaths.htm ) does not help. My control panel/environment tab does not have a variable called PATH_TRANSLATED, but does have a variable called PATH which contains the location for perl. I created a variable called PATH_TRANSLATED but this did not help either.
Is this a problem due to my file structure? The file structure I am using is c:inetputwwwrootubbmembers. Members has three folders under it cgi-bin, ubb, and _vti_cnf. The ubb folder has icons and templates under it. Where (and what) I am supposed to map?
