It will allow responses, but no new topics. When somebody starts a new topic, the only thing that shows up are "punctuations" that they have typed in, but no alpha/numerics...
ex. Subject heading- Test!
The only thing that will show up is the ! the word 'test' disappears.
Then in the body of the post the 'punctuations' are the only thing that works.
ex. Body-
This is a test! Is this working?
The only thing that appears is !? just like that, no spaces, etc.
