I was playing around with some of the user changeable features and noticed that when a user goes into "My Stuff" then "Preferences" and turns off the left sidebar, the "User List" menu item disappears from the navbar on top. Turning it back on brings it back. I checked this on this forum and it happens here too!

I am not sure if this is supposed to happen but I would guess that the two should not be related or affect each other.

Yep, I see it. Looks like a whole block of code in the wrong section. A bit confusing and easy to mess up as it's in the main ubbthreads library, so I can't put the fix here. But I'll get it patched up for 7.0.1.
