In: Control Panel » Display Options » Date & Time (2x) " Seperate the date and time portions" (Separate) In: Control Panel » Feature Settings » Active Text " Seperate the target string and..." (Separate) In: Control Panel » Feature Settings » Markup Panel "Make sure each size is specifed in pt." (specified)

Oh, and this too: In the same dialogue box, where it asks for the Title of the link, the form is prefilled in with "Enter the complete URL for the link you wish to add." (I don't see a way to change that in the language file?)
