We've just released version 7.0.1 into the Members Area. This is a bugfix release that fixes a variety of issues that didn't get caught during our 7.0 beta period. For a complete list of changes, you can view the release notes.

how do i upgrade my existing 7.0.0 system to 7.0.1? do i just go through the stand installation procedure, and overwrite everything?

Here is the upgrade instructions. In there it will tell you want not to overwrite

I was looking forward to 7.0.1 being made available for us, however, after reading all the problems with it, I haven't upgraded to it yet for fear of upgrading problems, etc.
Any idea when 7.0.2 will be ready?

Things are still being added to it... but usually a week or so after its applied here and to the private beta sites.
