I just wanted to point out something to consider when importing from Threads 6.5.X to 7.0.2 (and Rick, please chime in if I'm off base here). When I did the import, everything seemed to go ok, but when I looked at my users' profiles the fields and the info did not line up for the "Extra" (Custom) user fields. It was an easy fix however.
It seems (at least on my install) that my Custom Field 1 gets stored in "U_Extra2" in the 6.5.X database, not "U_Extra1" as you might expect. (Like I said, this is the way it is on my 6.5.X install). As a result, When I did the import my user profile data was off. Stuff that I expected to be in field 1 was in two, etc.
How I solved it: After the import, I just went into the Registration settings and made Custom Field1 Blank and put the text for it in Custom Field2 and then Put what had been in Custom Field2 into Custom Field3. So now, everything in my user profiles lines up correctly. Just thought I'd share my experience in case in might help someone else with the same problem.
