What is the difference between Full URL to main and Relative URL to main? I know the Full is http://forums.domain.com and I understand the Absolute Path to main but what is the Relative?

Yes, you're current. In your case your relative url will be empty.

I set my full url as: 'FULL_URL' => $https . '://' . $url . '/forum',
lol, then again I also hacked in full SSL support and I have multiple domains and wanted things to stay consistant

ahh, the relative url should be wherever your forums are. If your forums are in /forums then the relative url would be /forums.
