Moderator Permissions.

Personally, a method i have followed is that a moderator will earn trust.
They wont have access to members profiles "Edit Users"
And i only allow moderators to move topics at first.
If anything needs to be deleted its not, its moved to a holding forum to maybe be reviewed.

Remember a untrusted Moderator can at worst cause alot of damage
given to tools to do so.

Just be cautious, is all i'm saying to you.

A good rule of thumb is to grab a good poster,
but its only a guide, its not always possible in the beginning.

don't be afraid of getting rid of a moderator, if there never there?
They should be your eyes and ears.

We just offer "the full package" to moderators. All permissions, global moderator, the works.

We work as equals among each other to maintain the board.

I always say, if you can't trust them to the keys to your car, why trust them with the keys to your site/business?
