[FIXED for 7.2b3] beta 2 still has border issue

the beta 2 still has the minor issue of the border which doesn't drop all the way. I've attached pic with a pin near what I'm talking about.

Looks like a rowspan issue. Why is that border there anyway? It's only down the left side of the table. Looks strange.
