Does anyone have any recommendations for sites where I can check an IP number? The site I've been using for years has closed down. I just need somewhere that I can put in an IP number and get the location of it.

Yes, muy helpful... Another service I use is owned by a friend of mine, http://whois.dollardns.net/I actually got terribly bored one night and coded my own tools that utilize ARIN's database, which means it'd work with every country's ip's ...
