Using MySQL 5.0 with enabled strict mode. There are SQL errors while adding/editing a forum:

Code
Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'FORUM_IS_TEASER' at row 1

and

Code
Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'FORUM_IS_GALLERY' at row 1

The fix is easy. Open docreateforum.php/doeditboard.php in an editor and add:

if (!$is_gallery) $is_gallery = 0;
if (!$is_teaser) $is_teaser = 0;
