Mitch P. old hand Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 811	I'm used to the few hundred spam emails I get per day. However, a few days ago the number jumped way up and I'm getting about 3,000. Most are bounces from emails sent from a spoof address coming from my domain name. (see sample below). Mitch P. old hand Joined: Jun 2006 Posts: 811	Figured out a way to combat this. I was accepting all email coming to my domain. I had a handy setting in my host's control panel to discard all unrouted e-mail for my domain out into a cyberspace black hole. Problem solved.

Yarp Veteran Y Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 1,358 Utrecht, NL	I do have catchall on, but my spam is not way up like yours. I route all my mail through gmail for automatic archiving and also use it as a spamfilter. It's a pretty good one.
