Just upgraded from (old) Classic to (new) Threads and many people who were previously registered (not all) can't login or keep getting sent back to our Terms of Use over and over when they click on that pages "agree".

We are also receiving emails with other similar type problems.

What should we look for and do?

Pick someone to work with. Have them manually delete their cookies for your site. Then see if they can log in again.

sounds like a permission conflict with cookies. Ensure that the users are logging in from www.yourdomain.tld if you have www.yourdomain.tld set as your domain in the ubb config; what tends to happen is users try to login at yourdomain.tld instead and when redirected they're not logged in. There is a fix for apache servers listed in the FAQ forum (Redirect Non-WWW users to WWW)
