Its a forum for people who work implementing/customising Oracle eBusiness Suite - mainly the HRMS product familiy, although we do stretch to shared product areas (Financials and CRM).

User base is mainly UK/Europe (although we do have some users from the US) - mainly because there are a couple of similar sites based in the US. Many of the core users are long-time oracle experts, many with 10+ years experience in implementing Oracle.
