not sure if this is a good idea. For example it would allow an annoying person to reopen a PM to you without your permission, after you withdrew and deleted the PM.
Whilst I appreciate it is a little bit annoying, but you can't force people to participate in PM's

I would not like to be brought back into a PM that I had already deleted - so if it were ever a feature, then there should be an option to block such events.
