I've got one Firefox user who says he tries to log-in but keeps getting brought back to the log-in page.
He's assured me that he has Firefox set to accept cookies, and he has nothing like Norton running.
I've asked him to use the "Expire Cookies" button. Still waiting on if that works for him.
Any other thoughts on what I could have him try?
Thanks.

Could be he needs a more rigerous cooky cleaning. I remember one time I had to do that, it was pretty persistent until I removed each and every cooky on my system.

Make sure his FF has cookies enabled. FF will let them set to accept all cookies or to do it by exception on a per domain basis.

Man, I've tried everything with this user. Having him clear his cookies via Firefox, as well as with the "Expire cookies" button. He's set to accept cookies from my domain. He says he keeps going back to the log-in page.
Next, I'm having him try to log-in via Explorer to see if it's isolated to Firefox.

That's a strange one. I'd try checking what URL he's going to and make sure he's not reaching your forums by a URL he shouldn't be causing the cookies not to work.

Thanks Rick. I made sure to send him the direct link to my log-in page. But, I'll try to re-confirm that is what he sees.
Thanks Mark. I'm going to to have him try that.

The beauty of it is that FF is so easy to uninstall and re install again...
Not sure if it was a broken extension, as i only had 2 installed and i have the same now.
Good Luck anyways.

He can log-in with Explorer, which rules out user error.
I've asked him to try clearing his cookies one more time.
If that doesn't work, I'll see if he's willing to try uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox.
