I thought it might be nice to have a quick query of which styles are being used on your site. I have like 15 styles and it would be good to remove the styles no one uses.
This could be a link in the Styles edit area in a form based inquiry type metaphor..

Sirdude posted a query once you can use for that. Would be nice to have it buildin, including stats about post_side/post_top and other user preferences. In the control panel for admin use (Stats if you like). Currently we can save a query in the Tools Section. But as above would be good to have a default set

That would be a hack over at Dev i reckon.
Not sure why you would want to share a style count with members?

Most people really don't even know they are there and it would advertise to them that people are using different styles and or check them out.
After putting work into creating them or putting them on the board it is always nice to see them used.

I was thinking about this earlier, and I thought a comprehensive stats page would be nice. Posts made in the last year, month, week and day, and all of the other stuff in the same fashion. It might make for a good hack over at UBBdev.

BB stats would be nice -- and I had forgotten about the nice, helpful page .Classic had until I saw a reference here earlier today. What'd be mostly helpful would be things like "x% use threaded mode", "x% use this language, and x% use that", "x% use this theme, x% use that", etc...

I thought that SD or someone had mouse overs that showed the style/theme (or maybe I saw it on another board) but I've seen it somewhere.
Maybe a link to a page that has images of how each looks at least for now until 7.4 where Rick says he is going to do an overhaul for styles.

ubb.STATS. One of those things on my todo list. I have a very extensive stats script, that creates top lists per forum, which posting icons are used the most, who created the most topics etc etc. Thing is, it's in visual basic  I have a data retreiving script that is interpreted by that Visual Basic program.
