Is there a way to show more folks online in the "Who's Online" portal?

open up /cache_builders/online_now.php and find the line that defines the number of users it shows.
It's in the query around line 73. Change the value in the line that says limit 6.

This also made me think: How can I make this look like the old UBB "recent visitors" feature.
Is there a way to make a portal go across the width of the main content table on the main forum list?

If you mean putting Who's Online in the footer like many other forums do, then sure - ask Ian how he did it
GangsterBB.NET (Ver. 7.6.1.1) PHP Version 5.6.40 / MySQL 5.7.23-23 (was 5.6.41-84.1) / Apache 2.4.54 2007 Content Rulez Contest - Hon Mention UBB.classic 6.7.2 - RIP

Hello, I got reported the following: By the way, the "Who's online" list at the bottom of the main page doesn't seem to update properly. In the last few days, it has always shown the same users. If you click on "details", you get an updated list, however.Did I do sth wrong with the code? Probably... Can you help me please?

It seems the who's online-list at the bottom of the page was updated recently, but it still differs from the list shown when you click on "details". And it doesn't change when I press my browser's Update button. I find it odd that those two lists don't match.
Any help please?

The one that shows on the main forum is cached; as in it won't always update on every reload. The other (full page) is not cached, and will always display things "live"
