I have users complaining that photos uploaded are changing.

has anyone else experienced this and is there a fix?

changing = uploaded and look fine, but when they visit the thread a few days later the photo has changed.

What version of UBBT are you running? There was a problem with that a while back but was fixed already (not sure which version fixed it though).
