as this forum got a Muilti Media Function for posting links to play MP3,s

and one for youtube

I must say I,m starting to like what I see may put my hand in my pocket, but the mp3 and the youtube would be the big selling point as I have this running on my old forum

YouTube, Yahoo Video, Google Video all are in the stock release.

There is an MP3 addon for previous versions at ubbdev where I'm planning to expand on shortly.

When you say stock are you saying its part of the forum now, and do you think the MP2 add on will appear on an update soon.

Cool thing is, you can quite easely from the control panel add any player you want and embed those players in the forum.

"Stock" means it's in the default (non-modified) forum files (generally of the latest build)

The MP3 item likely will never make it in, as the swf interpreter I use for my mod does not fall under the Apache2 license (for one) and wont' likely get used much (for another).

So your best bet on MP3 is a mod at UBBDev
