Not 100% translated but most of the user interface has been translated. If anyone improves this please post it up.
This was done by some volunteers on my forum.
I don't speak French and don't really know how good it is but I trust they did a decent job.
They did not translate the admin side or a few of the files my forum doesn't use (the paypals stuff)
