Okay I setup a test board for Ver7.4. I have some issues with CGI misbehaved But I can't seem to get this feature to appear.
I have selected all the default islands calendar,topposter etc. The only item that does not appear is the featured member island. The island will not appear at all not even the header. Since this is a test board and I only have three posts. Is there some trigger to make it appear or have I missed a setting in the control panel somewhere?
There are only two members now one is admin one is user each only has around three posts.
