Probably is a driver problem. But dell
said that I had the most current driver. I have had some success playing with the res settings. But I always end up going back to my original settings because I then don't like the way my desktop looks.
There may be a updated driver now but I have not checked in a about a year. But like I said in the last post calling dell
with this problem takes forever because they take you through the hoops.
The only way I found out about the resolution was they logged on to my machine I noticed that the display was better and the mouse pointer worked correctly. Once the session was closed the screen reverted back to my settings and the problem was back. When I called them back about what I had found. It was over two hours on the phone with no success. They could not understand my problem. Or was it my language?
