Not sure if its by design, but would be handy to know the correct order?
I have a Member that i have listed as "Watch this Member".
I also have "Watch this Forum"
If that user posts in the Watched forum i don't get any
Watch this member e-mails.
IMO - Watching a member should take preference,
or 2 e-mails come out?
