I seem to be able to pass the 2nd part of the test... (see below) but not the first parts...

Any ideas?

Also, in the instructions is says set the permissions on the templates folder but I can't seem to find that anywhere including the zip file. (using latest version I just dloaded)

I just ignored those errors as suggested in the web text and it seems ok. Still don't have the templates folder... any ideas?

Create that folder and upload the contents from your local .zip file. I suspect that should help.
