After browsing the forums here, I may be opening a can of worms, but is there a way to skip the rules acceptance page when registering a new member? The way our site is structured its redundant and is really just one more step in the way of capturing their registration? Does the CP allow for this to be turned off?

You can delete the board rules and the page won't show, if that works for you.

In scripts/newuser.inc.php delete the section of code found between:
PHP Code
$ocurl = make_ubb_url("ubb=newuser", "", true);
and
PHP Code
$requiredfields = "";
Please note that if you modify ANY code within your UBB, Groupee, Inc cannot offer you support -- thus modify at your own peril smile

I think in the current versions just deleting all the text in the Control Panel ยป Registration Settings>> board rules.
Will cause the new member to skip the board rules.
However in this new version 7.5, We now have a link at the footer to display the board rules. Which will render this link useless.
Have not tested DlWebmaestro's method but it may be the best course if you still wish to use board rules for the new link provided.

Just deleting the content on the rules did the trick. Our rules are covered under our privacy policy so the issue with the link in 7.5 is not really an issue.

Thanks again to all for your help.
