I have a forum that is pretty deep (it has forums nested within forums nested within forums).

Is it possible to have the "Unread Posts" counts "bubble up" all the way up through to the parent forums?

I hope this makes sense. I'm not sure how else to explain it.

Thanks.

That may be possible, but was never implemented due to the potential server load (I believe that was the discussion years ago). You might put in a feature request for new development as an option.

Yes as I recall Rick did say that it would be too intensive of a load on the server. Not sure if he has any newer method to implement now days or not.
