Ok, this one stumps me.
Background:
I added about 50 new forums and placed them as sub-forums.
I then went and added Mods to all 50 new forums.
I then went and did Mass copy of permissions from an existing forum to the 50 new forums.
I go back to the forums and now all I can see is a forum labeled private thread.
I thought for a moment, then went to Group management and edit admin forum permissions. Sure enough all the forums became visable. Except when you click on one it gives the 'access denied' message and I'm back to seeing just the one forum again. I've looked at each set of permissions and they are set to '1'.
This is only affecting admins as guests can see and read all forums and users can see, read, and post to all forums.
Any ideas on what might be wrong?

P.S. the board did just update from 7.2 to 7.53 this past week.
