If you specify upload_max_filesize in php.ini as plain integer (1048576 instead of 1M), the filemanager shows a max filesize of 0 Bytes.

Reason is a bug in filemanager.inc.php, the red line is the fix:

// Get the max upload size in php.ini
$max_size = ini_get("upload_max_filesize");
$multi = 1;
if (preg_match("/K/",$max_size)) $multi = 1024;

That item was reported for 7.5.1 and was supposed to be resolved after that version release in the stock code.

Just checked the current download and it does appear to be missing.

Looks like we're gonna take a small detour and get out another maintenance release. There are enough small issues still lying around I think it's time and won't take too long.
