Ok, I've never seen this one, and I'm not liking it because I can't get passed it to post.

Anyone know what it means, and what needs to be done to fix it?

Basically this means that the size of the ubbt_ONLINE table is larger than the max_heap_table_size setting in the mysql config.

There are a couple ways to fix this. If this is your own server, then you can increase the max_heap_table_size setting and restart MySQL, otherwise you'll probably need to decrease the online activity setting in the control panel, so it tracks for a less amount of time.
