I try to fix a UBBt installation who running V7.2.2. The server setup is crap and use a hardening tool with to low settings. So Ubbt have create some trouble in the forums list. The server cut of the sending and the result is nasty.
We have some forums with empty names, empty descriptions, lost of active status etc. I fix a lot with phpmyadmin directly in the table but I guees there is a lot of trouble in the background
First we hope that the hosterfix the settings. Then we will what happen if we can send the forum settings page. If this fail I need a script or sql command to check the database for orphaned topics. We think that some forum entrys are gone and the the topics are no longer accessible.
Our goal is collecting all orphaned topics and postings in one forum that is be created for this solution. After this the topics will be moved by hand to its propper place.
But first we need a way to find orphaned topics and postings. Will the database maintenace functions in 7.5.5 do this or need we something special? In case that 7.5.5 will help, is it save to update 7.2.2 to 7.5.5 with this conditions?
