Board suddenly unresponsive

I have two boards running on the same server. My wine board is running fine -

http://www.wineintro.com/wineforum/

However when i go to my parakeet forum -

http://www.wineintro.com/forum/

even after rebooting I often get an error about line 196 in mysql.inc.php.

Any ideas?

Seems to be working fine for me as well. And 195 means it's having troubles executing a query. Any more details in the error?
