Admin Control Panel > Display Options > Styles

Choose the relevant style and edit General CSS Properties.

don't see any place to change the color of the forum topics

A generic question will result in a generic answer.
Forum topic is a generic question meaning.
For example in the forum summary page and forum topics page they are hyper links. So they take the default of blue.
But in either case you would use the special link properties.
When you expand a setting you will see it at the bottom.
For all hyperlinks.
Expand the body setting

Expand special link properties and then you need to edit:
Unvisited link
Visited link
Active link
Hover link

Just bear in mind that that is a starting point.
To be more specific, Such as provide a actual url and what color you want what to be would be more helpful.

Also I peeked at your site and you may be interested in the coffee style.
Which has a brown theme but uses white for fonts.
It has a better contrast.

Well support in most cases means access to the member area.
It does not mean support for changes to your forum.
