Dear all,

My Who's online keeps forgetting stuff since the latest update to 7.5.7. It shows messages like:

"0 registered (), 1 Guest and 0 Spiders online." (note the missing name). The numbers are always 0 or 1. How come?

Might want to double check the setting It could be hosed up and needs to be re-saved.
Control Panel » Display Options[-] Who's Online
Who's Online Timeframe:
Users will be listed as online if they have visited within this timeframe (in minutes).

I have mine set to 10 minutes I think that is the default.

check your cache folder for write permissions..

do a permissions check in you cpanel, to see if it can write wink
