How do you overline a text? The opposite of underline.

The CSS element " text-decoration" will do it: text-decoration: overline;

Yea, but how does a user use it? I don't see it in say ubb code.

Well if it's for his site he'd have to use a span with the style property: <span style="text-decoration: overline;">Text</span> If it's for his posts he'd have to make a custom tag to ultimately do the same thing...

Is there a ubb code like below: [.u] text [/u] = Underlines the given text. text I removed the period in 1st line to show the underlined word in 2nd line.

just create a custom ubb code for it, then in the admin control panel...
