I am sure this is impossible, but is it possible to change the time and date stamp of a post?

Well you can change the format of it from: CP -> Display Options -> General -> Date & Time Tab -> "Default Time Format"
If you're looking to change the time/date it was posted you'll have to be able to edit via phpmyadmin and know how to convert a datestamp to unixtime.

Look to the left, my instructions are labeled as CP -> Section -> Sub-Section -> Tab -> Setting

Wow, I need two monitors. I see it now. Of course, as you said, that gives the default dates and times.
All in all, it isn't that important. I know one thing, I have never seen a group of buzzards like that. Circling around, each one, yelling out, omg, it is September, and she is talking about April.
People who cares. As the buzzards said, it has been up since April; you should have it memorized by now. So, why are they dwelling on the fact that it was reposted, which they have no idea and not looking at the beautiful announcement. I told Kathleen in a nice way that if I had known, I wouldn't have agreed to do it. Thanks.

If you don't know the whole story, it would be. But, it is really quite straightforward.
