You need to request it.
It is a user group that has the icon.
Then you need to goto your preferences and select it just like being a moderator.
I peeked and you are not in the 10 year group

May 27, 2003 for me. So just a bit over 10 years Next to you guys, I'm at that awkward age where I'm old enough to be considered an adult at these family get-togethers, but I'm still told to sit at the "kid-table."
