When users who are fully moderated create a post, the post is saved so that the UBBCode or HTMLCode is displayed in the post. For example, what was intended to be bold shows up as [ b ]bold[ /b ] - etc. Approving the post does not activate the code.

Not huge, and annoying only to those who approve moderated posts.

If a post is in the moderation queue, and while it is in the moderation queue there are other posts to a thread by other users, and then you approve the moderated post, that moderated post becomes the post shown in the "Active Topics" list, even though there are posts after it.

Normally this is due to the forum permissions does not allow the group in question to:

I would double check it is enabled for the group that user is in.

Question 2
I don't normally use moderation.
But I would assume you approved all the replies also?
Or did you approve the replies first then the first post?
