I believe we have a life-time license for UBB Threads but when I tried going to www.infopop.com, it redirected me to www.hoop.la. They told me to go to www.ubbcentral.com for support on UBB but when I used the login that was originally provided, it did not work.

Where do I go from here?

If you have never been there before.
after you login use the attach license for each license you have.
When you attach you will need to have the license number as well as your license password for each one.
If you don't have that then there is a link for a lost password.
which is the original email account you had during the purchase.

But again you need to start with the ubb forum login credentials.

Madrona Park/Infopop/Groupee/Hoop.la was the original creator of UBB.Classic who initially bought "Threads" (now UBB.Threads) from Rick Baker who turned in his share rights to purchase it back from them years ago then sold it to who owns it now (hence the confusion of where to go to get support for some users).

But as Ruben posted, the Member Area link is located to the left at the "Members Area" link, or the direct URL he provided.
