Forum shows Guest different times for the same post.

When Logged in Times are the same

the left/right columns are cached data (static) and will always be based on UTC time, since the data is unrelated to the actual current user.

the center column is real time (dynamic) and is adjusted based on the what guest timezone youve chosen in your control panel.

the left/right columns previously (7.5.x) would use the local time of any user who happened to be logged in when the cache expired. so the time would very widely and would be inaccurate. now it uses UTC time absolute always.

EDIT: The columns should probably not be based on UTC, but instead on the default GUEST TIMEZONE youve set your CP. Im confirming this is used now, and will update this post if thats not the current setting.

The left column time is the same as what I have set in CP as Guest time (and my own Prefs). That's correct (UTC-4).

It looks like the center column is on UTC Time, not Guest Time. (see CP screenshot) so, maybe it's not getting the message?
