Hi

Recently upgraded to 7.6.1 it has worked fine but when I woke up this morning website was down.
see below, I then open a ticket to my host who reponded quickly saying that the httpd was up and running.
Well it was again but not the forum
http://www.britbike.com/forums/ubbthreads.php
it is blank, do you have any ideas why it is blank?
thanks

It's currently loading for me without any issues that I can see; I'm able to access the main forum page, topic listing, and even read topics.

We cannot do anything about a networking issue, it's not an issue related to our PHP Forum software title.

Gizmo, I see it open now as well.
What I was concerned of was that the whole website except the forum was working.
That was why I asked..
Thanks anyway for looking into it.
Cheers

You'd have to consult your web logs to see if it returns anything; but the software just won't "stop working", something server side had to be happening since it was working without issue.

Another issue could be a networking issue between your computer and the server (which a Traceroute would uncover), but there isn't anything we could test, we're not even in the same country, so the path from where I am vs where you are in relation to your server would be completely different.

I read you Gizmo, I'll leave it there and have breakfast and continue with my 1000 bits puzzle. One can do that now when freshly retired. wink
