You could probably easy add this feature for your own website.
As a note, having the breadcrumbs stickied to the top of the page isnt always practical for sites which utilize custom headers with a site nav menu system, and/or have ads in their headers. Sticky-tops also take up precious screen real estate one smartphones and devices with smaller screens.
If you wanted to target this row in your styles, you' would add it to the "Extras" section per style. The breadcrumb CSS id is #breacrumbs
